Willow & Oak is a small, family-owned company dedicated to providing individuals with uncompromising taste and textured flour while addressing gluten sensitivity. After experiencing difficulty digesting modern wheat flour at home, our family tried flour imported from France and immediately knew it was different. There was an ease in digestion and lack of discomfort after eating the French flour. French wheat is naturally lower in gluten than modern wheat and created without many of the additives commonly found in American flour. Our desire is to make this unique experience more accessible to families.​
