Willow & Oak is a small, family-owned company dedicated to providing individuals with uncompromising taste and textured flour while addressing gluten sensitivity.​

 

Our journey began when we sought a healthier alternative to modern wheat flour, and we found it in the lower-gluten flour imported from France and created without many of the additives commonly found in American flour. We believe that everyone should enjoy their favorite baked goods without compromise, which why we strive to make this unique experience accessible to everyone.
